This is probably one of the most asked questions. For starters, it’s against the law for us to provide the alcohol without a Liquor License, which we don’t need since we are dry hire. Secondly, the appeal of hiring a mobile bartending service is for you to save on the alcohol mark up that you would pay at venues/restaurants. For example, some venues can charge $50 or MORE per person plus tax for their drink service or they might even charge you per drink, which on average can be anywhere from $12-$20 PER DRINK.
Keep in mind that guests usually consume about 1 drink per hour. So for 50 people that could come out to be around $1,800 ($12 x 50guests x 3hrs) on the LOW end or $3,000 ($20 x 50 guests x 3 hrs) on the higher end both prices not uncluding tax/tip. Now compare that to our price for 50 people which at $9 per person for the WHOLE event plus the bartender fees would come out to be $750 not including tip. Sure you still have to buy the alcohol but that will be what, another $150-200 in alcohol? Depending on what you buy, of course. Seems pretty reasonable to me.

Dry hire means that we do not provide any liquor or alcoholic beverages to the client. The client would need to provide that themselves. The reason is because it is highly illegal for us to provide the liquor as a dry hire mobile bar.

Whoever brings the supplies keeps the leftovers. Mano Santa keeps their leftovers; guests/clients keep anything that they supplied.

Unfortunately, no. Our insurance requires that only the Bartender(s) serve the alcohol at your event while we are there. Pouring it yourself while we are there would nullify our insurance and place all of the libility directly on you/the venue.

HUGE NO. It is illegal for an underage guest to consume and/or posses alcohol. Mano Santa will be following all Arizona Liquor Laws and therefore will not be serving underage guests ANY alcoholic beverages. Mano Santa CAN provide underage guests with non alcoholic beverage if the client decides to add MOCKTAILS to their beverage selection.

We need about an 8ftx8ft space to accomodate our bar, a 6ft table we will have behind us, as well as coolers and some boxes.

Yes we do. We would rather cause a small inconvenience than have a lawsuit on our hands. Please have your guests bring their IDs. If they do not have their ID and they do not look old enough to drink, they will not be served.

No. Mano Santa will have a trash can near the bar area to collect trash that the bar area produces, but the trash stays on site. We are more than happy to take the trash to the trash recepticle after our service is over.

Currently we are servicing anywhere in the Phoenix area. We will travel up to 25 miles before mileage fees apply at $2/mile ($1 there and $1 back).
